Our Flexicare Internal Staffing Agency team care for clients across all of our services, covering shifts and working flexibly in our homes and community services.

 We have a highly skilled and dedicated team who receive continuous education and training to ensure they provide the best care and support possible for our residents.

With 13 residential and nursing services, you can choose to work across any one of these on days and shifts that suit you best.

Capable of meeting a variety of nursing and care challenges, our Flexicare members are fully trained, ready for any eventuality and can hit the ground running when we slot them into one of our busy teams.

We support our staff in their career goals and help them to develop their skills to suit the individual they are caring for and to suit their ambitions for the future. Whether they want to move into management, across services, or into a completely different role, our amazing award-winning training team are here to support them.

It is our aim to make our Flexicare members feel as much as part of Cornwall Care as our full-time staff, supporting their training needs so they can fulfil their roles and embrace the values we have in caring for people. If circumstances change and a more permanent role is required, we will assist in finding a suitable vacancy within Cornwall Care and support them through the transition.
